Andy has a business degree from Monash University’s David Syme Business School with a major in Marketing. He went on to complete the Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2002.

During the early 2000s, Andy worked as a Business Development Consultant in the financial services industry and then in early 2008, Andy joined the ANZ’s Business Bank Financial Planning team (Victoria/Tasmania) providing financial planning services to ANZ business customers with loans of up to $15M. After two years at ANZ, Andy joined the team at Michael Roach Financial Services, where he provided Business Succession and personal risk protection advice to business owners, executives and families, before establishing Time Advice with Anuj Shangle in February 2011.

Andy combines his business life with being a Director of the Hawthorn Football Club, where he played 89 games and was a 1991 premiership player. Andy also played for the Brisbane Lions, and is a sought-after public speaker on succession planning. Andy has a particular interest in the application of elite-sport learnings and leadership to business and entrepreneurship.

Anuj was born in New Delhi and moved from a coveted job with the Indian government to see the world and add to his Commerce Degree (Honors) by completing an MBA at Perth's Edith Cowan University.

Anuj began his financlal services career working for AMP as a para-planner. In 2002, Anuj moved to FuturePlus and continued along the para-planning path before becoming an award-winning financial planner.

Along the journey, Anuj achieved accolades at AMP for exceptional contribution to the para-planning team and was also awarded the “FuturePlus Wealth Creation Financial Planner of the Year” in just his second year of planning.

In early 2008, Anuj moved to Melbourne, joining the Business Bank Financial Planning team (Victoria/Tasmania) at ANZ before forming Time Advice with Andy Gowers in early 2011.

Along with his Commerce Degree and MBA, Anuj also is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Self Managed Super Fund Specialist Advisor™.

Paul has enjoyed a successful career as a CEO both in Australia and internationally in a broad range of companies including Breville, Mattel, GE and Black & Decker. 

For the past 7 years, Paul has focused mainly on the SME market and is also Chairman of:

- Comcater - Australia's largest commercial kitchen company
- Brands WA - owner of 40 Quick Service Restaurants in WA and Tasmania
- 1300 Temp Fence - the second-largest company in the fencing and toilet hire industry in Australia/NZ
- AES - environmental engineering services

In addition to his board commitments, Paul works in an ongoing capacity with a number of private family companies, advising and assisting them with acquisitions, restructuring, capital raising and succession planning.

We are delighted Paul has joined Time Advice as Chairman to help us build our business and broaden our service offering.

Vasudha Gupta

Vasudha has a Masters degree in Computer Management. She moved from New Delhi, India in 2001 to Germany to accept a position with Citibank in their IT Division. She worked as a computer programmer and her team developed and maintained Citibank’s in-house banking software used by their global branches.

Performing software testing and resolving customers’ technical issues within tight deadlines was Vasudha’s daily routine.

After four years in Germany, she moved with her young family to Melbourne, Australia in 2005.

As the Practice Manager at Time Advice, Vasudha’s main focus is ensuring Time Advice has the most effective systems and processes in place and can deliver its services efficiently to its clients.

Sahil Garg

Sahil was born in Punjab, India and moved to Melbourne in 2006 to pursue his Bachelor Degree in Commerce – majoring in Financial Planning, Finance and Accounting. He worked as an accountant for a year and later in 2010 began his career in financial service industry.

Sahil started working for a small boutique Financial Planning firm as an Adviser Assistant/ Client Service Manager/ Para-Planner. In May 2013, he joined Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as a full-time Para-Planner. In 2015 he worked in Commonwealth Bank as an Assessment Manager in an Open Advice Review Program. Since July 2016 he is working for Time Advice where he assists clients with their ongoing needs, queries and concerns in order to ensure we provide exceptional customer service.

He is a client-focused person, who believes in building a strong relationship with clients. He genuinely enjoys sharing his knowledge of Insurance, Superannuation and Investments with wealth starters and accumulators.

Sahil encourages his clients to get to know their superannuation, as the main source of income in retirement and he believes effective retirement planning starts from an individual’s very first job and super account.

Sasith has recently graduated from Monash University where he studied Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance and Econometrics

Whilst he was attending Nossal High School and University he worked as a private tutor for students ranging from Year 7 to 12 in Science and Maths. In 2013 he began working in the hospitality industry at Side Street, working as a waiter and bar tender. In 2015, while working at Side Street and completing his degree, Sasith completed a six month internship at a small boutique Financial Planning firm.  

After graduating, Sasith joined Time Advice in 2017 where he is primarily responsible for customer service and supporting the Directors with their busy schedules.

Grasi was born in Brazil where she completed her studies in Architecture and Urban Planning before moving to Australia in 2010. After working as an architect for a couple of years, Grasi left her career in architecture searching for a change.

Grasi started by working at Hugo Boss for two years in a fast paced environment which strengthened her passion for customer service and business operations. Within Hugo Boss, she progressed to business administrative role in one of their national flagship stores, working together with managers, suppliers and the head office team to improve store efficiency and operations.

In Jan 2016 she joined Time Advice where she is primarily responsible for customer service and supporting the Directors with their busy schedules.

Currently, Grasi is taking an exciting new challenge studying for DFP & Masters of Professional Accounting at RMIT.

Poonam has Bachelor’s degree in Science with majors in Physics from University of Delhi and a diploma in computer science. She started her career in IT and very quickly moved into management position within her organisation. She worked as a Systems Manager and was responsible for development and implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for her customers.

She moved to Australia in year 2000 along with her husband.

She Joined Time Advice in early 2015 as a paraplanner.

Nick has worked in the banking & financial services industry for the past 22 years having held positions within the Commercial, Corporate & Institutional Banking sectors at Westpac, Citi and NAB.

His previous roles have been in customer facing / relationship management positions with exposure to a variety of clients across a broad number of industries. As a result, Nick has a strong understanding and empathy of the financial issues that businesses are often experiencing.

Nick heads up Time Advice Funding and specialises in seeking out the right borrowing structure for his clients and by maintaining a view to the future. Nick wants to build long term relationships to ensure the finance solution remains appropriate for his clients’ ongoing requirements.

Nick holds a Bachelor’s Degree and is currently completing his Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Management. Nick is fully accredited with the MFAA and is an Authorised Credit Representative (497447) of Pearl Financial Services (Australian Credit License 395065).
